These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the baim44 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By accessing baim44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately.
Each individual may hold exactly one baim44 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
Withdrawals to verified BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay accounts are processed within 3–15 minutes in most cases. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated playthrough condition has been met. Full bonus rules are set out in Clause 8 below.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, and any other form of abusive play are prohibited. baim44 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts found in violation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which baim44 holds its international gaming licence. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of that jurisdiction.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and baim44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on baim44, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
In these Terms, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
Access to and use of the baim44 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during the period in which you hold an Account:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the Platform. This requirement applies regardless of the minimum legal gambling age in your local jurisdiction. baim44 operates a strict 21+ policy across all markets it serves, including Indonesia. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended; all associated funds will be returned to the depositing payment method following investigation.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. baim44 does not operate from within Indonesian territory and provides its services as an offshore international gaming platform. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been legally declared incapable of entering into contracts are not eligible to register an Account.
You must not register a new Account if you have previously self-excluded from baim44 or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion arrangement by registering a new account constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
Age Verification: baim44 uses mandatory KYC document verification to confirm the age of all Players. Withdrawals are not processed until age has been confirmed. Any Account that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 21 or above will be closed.
To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
Each individual person may hold only one Account on baim44 at any given time. The following are strictly prohibited:
Where duplicate Accounts are identified, baim44 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending and recent wagers, and confiscate any balance held across the duplicate accounts pending investigation. Confirmed cases of multi-accounting may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.
All information provided during registration and at any point thereafter must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or false address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
baim44 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. baim44 recommends the use of a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify baim44 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. baim44 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
baim44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Enabling 2FA adds a significant layer of security and is available to all registered Players free of charge.
baim44 continuously monitors Account activity for signs of fraudulent or suspicious behaviour. Where unusual activity is detected, baim44 may temporarily restrict Account access pending further review. You will be notified as promptly as possible in such cases.
baim44 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. A total of 47 payment channels are currently active. Supported methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. In exceptional circumstances, deposits may be subject to a processing delay of up to 30 minutes, after which Players should contact support if the funds have not appeared in their Account.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player account tier. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard. baim44 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
The Platform's primary supported currency for Indonesian players is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All balances, wagers, and winnings are displayed in IDR unless an alternative currency has been selected during registration. Currency conversion fees may apply for non-IDR deposits.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your baim44 Account are your own, derived from legitimate sources, and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. baim44 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required by its licensing obligations.
If a deposit transaction fails to reach your Account within the expected processing window, you must contact baim44 support with your transaction reference number. baim44 will investigate and resolve the matter within 24 hours in all standard cases.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players whose Accounts have passed KYC verification (see Clause 7). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the baim44 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
baim44 targets a withdrawal processing time of 3–15 minutes for verified Accounts using Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet channels. Processing times may be extended in the following circumstances:
Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily limits are determined by account tier and payment method. Current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. VIP Gold-tier members benefit from unlimited withdrawal amounts, subject to standard security review procedures.
Winnings generated through the use of Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before the Wagering Requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings directly attributed to that bonus.
baim44 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions to Indonesian bank accounts or supported e-wallets. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which baim44 accepts no responsibility.
All Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. baim44 may also request KYC documentation at any point during a Player's account lifecycle, including upon registration, following a significant change in betting patterns, or when a withdrawal exceeds a defined threshold.
Standard KYC verification requires the following documents:
baim44 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24 hours from receipt of complete documentation. Players will be notified by email and in-platform notification once their verification status has been updated.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a formal request may result in withdrawal suspension and, in persistent cases, Account closure. Any balance held in an unverifiable Account will be subject to return to the depositing payment method following investigation.
Data Security: All KYC documents submitted to baim44 are encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by baim44 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the default wagering requirement for all deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers to be placed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers on different game categories may contribute differently to the wagering requirement — full contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion's specific terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without notice. The default validity period, where not otherwise specified, is 7 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
Bonuses are subject to the following restrictions unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:
baim44 reserves the right to void bonuses and void any associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner designed to manipulate or exploit the promotion, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements, use of multiple Accounts, or coordination with other Players to guarantee bonus outcomes.
baim44 operates a tiered loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) through which Players accumulate points based on their wagering activity. Points may be redeemed for cashback credits, free spins, and tournament entry tickets. Full loyalty programme rules are available separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
baim44 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. This right may be exercised where, for example, a bet is placed on a market that has been suspended, where the requested stake exceeds the applicable limit, or where baim44 suspects the bet is being placed in bad faith.
A bet may be declared void (and the stake returned) in the following circumstances:
All games on the baim44 platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every spin, hand, draw, or roll is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any external party, including baim44. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the baim44 platform are conducted in accordance with the official draw results published by the relevant pool operators (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and Macau pools). In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the official pool result, the official pool result shall prevail.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time, including during active play, at baim44's discretion. Bets placed and accepted before a market suspension are honoured. Bets placed after the triggering event has occurred but before the market has been suspended may be voided at baim44's discretion.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the full parlay payout to be awarded. If one or more legs are voided, those legs are removed from the parlay and the payout is recalculated based on the remaining legs. Minimum odds per leg and maximum parlay payout limits apply as displayed at the time of bet placement.

All content on the baim44 Platform — including but not limited to the baim44 name, logo, design, graphics, game interfaces, software, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of baim44 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's intellectual property without the prior written consent of baim44. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal proceedings.
baim44 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability at all times. However, baim44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access to some or all services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baim44 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
In all cases where baim44 is found to bear liability to a Player, the maximum aggregate liability of baim44 shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. baim44 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal gaming activity. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose.
Player Responsibility: Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. baim44 operates as an international platform and does not represent that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. You access this Platform at your own risk and on your own legal assessment.
baim44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
baim44 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required by baim44's licensing obligations, AML compliance requirements, or as necessary to facilitate payments through our banking and e-wallet partners.
baim44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, baim44 will notify Players via email and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after the notification date for existing Players, or immediately for new registrations made after the publication date of the updated Terms.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which baim44 holds its international gaming licence. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your home jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and baim44, we encourage you to first contact our support team directly. The majority of disputes are resolved quickly and informally through our customer service channel. baim44 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
